A Platform for Bulk Smart-Device Deployment
Tools for installing smart devices in hotels, property developments and commercial lighting projects, with less repeated configuration.
Context
Configuring devices one by one made large installations slow and costly. On-site network availability could also delay work.
My responsibility
I planned the deployment SaaS platform and companion app from the start, including the product approach and commercialization.
The work
I introduced offline installation and template-based workflows, turning repeated configuration into reusable steps for installation teams.
Results
Project records from my tenure report a tenfold improvement in deployment efficiency, 100+ enterprise customers and more than 5 million devices supported cumulatively. The efficiency figure reflects the project reporting basis, not a guarantee for every installation.
